Good morning, it’s Monday the paintbrush day! NEVER throw out a paintbrush. Eventhough it’s old and frayed, it may still be useful for some other job. I like to use mine for spreading glue, applying primer to rough surfaces or to add a particular texture. Besides, old paintbrushes are indicators of time, like the rings of a tree trunk. I remember one of my professor Joachim Smith at Cal. State Fullerton once told us, “your brushes are your best friends, treat them well and they will last a lifetime”. This is exactly what I do.
What do you do with your old brushes? Leave me a comment below.
